Michael advises lenders, arrangers, investors, sponsors and borrowers on a wide array of financing transactions. He represents the full range of debtors – from investment grade corporates, to private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, to startups and small businesses – as well as the financial institutions, asset managers and investment firms extending credit to such borrowers. Michael is versed in a wide variety of financing structures, including leveraged acquisition financings, preferred equity investments, capital call and NAV facilities, first- and second- lien facilities, bridge debt, revolving and asset-backed loans, project-based and infrastructure financings, and back-leverage and tax equity arrangements.
