Jon advises major U.S. and international banks, fintechs and other financial services companies on a broad range of financial regulatory and transactional matters, including M&A and reorganization transactions, chartering applications, strategic regulatory decisions, capital markets offerings and supervisory remediation. He also has experience advising on financial regulatory reform, including evolving­­­ regulatory issues such as digital assets matters.
