Jeffrey has experience in a variety of structured finance, securitization, warehousing and other secured financing transactions, representing banks, issuers, underwriters, placement agents, borrowers, lenders and other financial institutions. In particular, he works on the financings of a range of traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities in an assortment of industries, such as music, fintech, energy, infrastructure, receivables and other emerging sectors.
