Jack is an associate in our infrastructure finance practice with experience representing project sponsors, lenders and investors on all phases of the development and financing of U.S. and international projects, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has advised clients on the development, acquisition, financing and refinancing of assets across sectors such as conventional and renewable energy, oil & gas, digital infrastructure, including data centers and cryptocurrency mining projects, and transportation.
