David is a member of our White Collar Defense & Investigations and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practices.  He represents companies, boards and individuals in high-stakes investigations and enforcement matters, with a particular focus on compliance, complex data issues and emerging technologies. He also helps companies design, implement, evaluate and enhance their compliance and risk management programs.

David’s experience spans fields including AI, digital governance and data privacy; consumer protection; cryptocurrency and decentralized finance; complex finance and the capital markets; FCPA and anticorruption regulations; and SPACs and post-merger litigation. He has represented clients in connection with criminal and civil investigations by the Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission and other federal, state and international authorities.
