Advises banks and other financial services providers on a wide range of transactional, regulatory and supervisory matters.
Danjie advises U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on matters including regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, new activities and products, bank charters, supervisory matters and resolution planning. She is experienced in guiding banks, fintech companies and other financial institutions through complex legal challenges, particularly in response to federal and state regulatory and legislative developments. Danjie has deep knowledge of key laws and regulations affecting domestic and international clients, including the Bank Holding Company Act, the Volcker Rule and the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. She has also been involved in advocacy for trade associations.
