Dan helps individuals and families, as well as trustees, executors and other fiduciaries, navigate the income and transfer tax issues facing the ownership and management of substantial private wealth today. His experience is cross-border and has covered non-U.S. clients moving or investing onshore along with administration of offshore estates and trusts with U.S. beneficiaries.

Dan also works with clients and their advisers on a host of estate and trust issues both personal and professional, from matters involving marriage, divorce and childbirth to family business succession and dispute resolution. Particular work of late has involved formation and operation of single family offices and charitable entities.
