Advises on executive compensation matters in complex corporate transactions, as well as sensitive issues and disputes.
Christina advises public and private companies on executive compensation and employee benefits matters arising in connection with a wide range of complex corporate transactions. She also structures and negotiates employment and compensation arrangements of all types, including executive employment agreements, incentive pay plans, and severance and change-in-control plans and agreements.
Christina has extensive experience counseling clients on their most sensitive matters involving executives and reputational risk, fiduciary duties and disclosure requirements. She helps companies resolve executive separations, investigate allegations of wrongdoing and assess workplace risks.
