Charlotte represents private credit funds, banks and alternative lenders on a wide variety of debt capital structures in leveraged finance and corporate finance transactions. She has experience representing clients in both middle-market and large-cap leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. She has deep experience working on unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, cross-border acquisitions, restructurings and refinancing of leveraged assets. Her practice also includes representing borrower groups and private equity sponsors across a broad range of debt products and capital structures.
