Caroline has extensive civil litigation experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in a wide range of commercial disputes, including complex contractual disputes, tort and fraud actions, antitrust class actions and bankruptcies. 

She has represented U.S. and non-U.S. clients from a range of sectors, including finance, energy, technology, media, telecommunications and the arts, in numerous jurisdictions and at both the trial and appellate levels.
