Benjamin’s practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds in connection with fund formation and operational matters, co-investments, carry planning and management team spinouts. Benjamin is also experienced in private fund transactions and advises general partners, secondaries fund sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and other investors on secondary transactions, fund restructurings and tender offers, preferred equity investments and acquisitions of interests in private equity firms.
