Andrzej represents clients across numerous industries including pharmaceuticals, sustainable technologies, energy, retail, tech, telecommunications, and financial services.

- Advising on international merger control and FDI proceedings related to the restructuring of a major medical imaging company
- Representing a medical devices company in relation to an Article 101 anticompetitive agreement investigation by the European Commission
- Representing a leading tech company on numerous unilateral conduct investigations in Europe and Asia
- Advising a company in the automotive sector on a European Commission cartel investigation and related follow-on damages claims
- Advising on the merger control and FDI aspects of a global joint venture for the trade of electrochemical units-based derivatives
