Davis Polk partner Zachary Zweihorn and senior counsel Annette Nazareth co-authored the “Federal Securities Regulation: Securities Act and Exchange Act” section of the American Bar Association’s updated “Digital and Digitized Assets: Federal and State Jurisdictional Issues” white paper.
The white paper, prepared by the Jurisdiction Working Group of the American Bar Association Derivatives and Futures Law Committee’s Innovative Digital Products and Processes Subcommittee, provides a comprehensive survey of the regulation of cryptocurrencies and other digital assets in the U.S. at the federal and state levels, along with summaries of key initiatives outside the U.S.
