Shandy represents sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of private funds across a broad range of sectors and strategies including co-investments and real estate, venture capital and evergreen funds. She also advises on complex GP-led secondary transactions and various internal economic and governance matters, including employee departures and strategic transactions.

Shandy is experienced in advising sponsors on fund-related aspects of M&A transactions including deal structuring, co-investment arrangements and alternative investment structures.
