Michael represents institutional lenders, asset managers and borrowers on matters of real estate financing, including senior, mezzanine and syndicated loan facilities on multi-family, office, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, data center, self-storage and industrial properties. He is experienced in advising lenders and borrowers in loan workouts and deeds or assignments in lieu of foreclosure, as well as representing clients in real estate acquisitions and advising large corporate tenants in lease negotiations.
