Erin’s practice focuses on providing transactional, regulatory and compliance advice to business development companies, closed-end funds, interval funds and investment advisers. She also provides counsel on the structuring, launch and operation of funds regulated under the Investment Company Act of 1940, particularly funds that invest in private market assets. In addition, Erin advises clients regarding sub-advisory relationships, shareholder proxies, SEC no-action requests and exemptive relief.
