We advised the administrative agent on the refinancing
Davis Polk advised the administrative agent, lead arranger and bookrunner, and certain of their managed funds and managed accounts, as initial lenders, in connection with a new $1.292 billion senior secured term loan facility. The facilities will be provided to Curia Global, Inc. to be used to fund the refinancing of its existing term loans and to repay all, or a portion of, revolving credit borrowings under the existing credit agreement.
