We advised the administrative agent on the financing

Davis Polk advised the administrative agent, lead arranger and bookrunner and certain of their managed funds and managed accounts as initial lenders in connection with a $300 million senior secured term loan facility. The proceeds of the facilities were provided to certain subsidiaries of Ardagh Metal Packaging S.A. to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

Ardagh is a public limited liability company (société anonyme) incorporated and existing under the laws of Luxembourg and is a leading global supplier of sustainable and recyclable metal beverage cans. Ardagh is a leading industry player across Europe, North America and Brazil with innovative production capabilities. It operates 23 metal beverage can production facilities in nine countries, employing more than 6,000 people with sales of approximately $4.8 billion in 2023.
