Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a $4.75 billion SEC-registered investment-grade debt offering by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. The offering consisted of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.600% senior notes due 2029, $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.000% senior notes due 2031, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.250% senior notes due 2033 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.500% senior notes due 2036.
