Amazon.com $25 billion notes offering
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with a $25 billion SEC-registered debt offering by Amazon.com, Inc., consisting of $750 million of its floating-rate notes due 2029, $3.5 billion of its 4.600% notes due 2029, $4.25 billion of its 4.800% notes due 2031, $3 billion of its 5.100% notes due 2033, $4.5 billion of its 5.300% notes due 2036, $2.75 billion of its 6.000% notes due 2046, $4 billion of its 6.100% notes due 2056 and $2.25 billion of its 6.250% notes due 2066.
