Davis Polk welcomes Executive Compensation partner Amanda Hines Gold in New York
Davis Polk today announced that Amanda Hines Gold has joined the firm as a partner in the Executive Compensation practice in New York.
“Amanda brings significant experience advising on the executive compensation aspects of complex transactions, as well as on the design and implementation of equity and other incentive compensation arrangements for companies at all stages,” said Neil Barr, Davis Polk’s Chair and Managing Partner. “She is an excellent addition to our preeminent executive compensation team, and we are pleased to welcome her to Davis Polk.”
Ms. Gold advises clients on a broad range of executive compensation matters, including designing, drafting and negotiating severance, change in control and executive employment agreements, preparing related disclosures for securities filings, and managing all executive compensation and employee benefits aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. She also frequently designs and provides practical advice on the administration of equity incentive plans and complex awards for private and public clients. Ms. Gold joins Davis Polk from Cravath, where she was a partner in the Executive Compensation and Benefits practice.
