According to LSEG, Davis Polk advised on 79 syndicated loan financings totaling over $133 billion, ranking top five in 21 of 22 global and U.S. syndicated loans categories. In Debtwire’s rankings, we are listed as advisor on four of the top 10 largest leveraged deals in Q1 2026, including the financing for the largest LBO ever to date: financing for the acquisition of Electronic Arts.
