We advised the issuer on the Regulation S offering

Davis Polk advised Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. on its $470 million Regulation S offering of 1.638% bonds due 2026. 

Zhejiang Expressway is an infrastructure company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating high-grade roads. The company and its subsidiaries also carry out securities business and certain ancillary businesses such as hotel business.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Gerhard Radtke and Yang Chu, counsel Bingqing Pan, registered foreign lawyers Jennifer Liu and Sean Su and associate Rose Lu. All members of the Davis Polk team were based in the Hong Kong office.
