We are advising the representatives of the underwriters on the IPO

Davis Polk is advising the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 18,500,000 shares of common stock of York Space Systems Inc. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,775,000 shares of common stock from York Space Systems. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “YSS.”
