Davis Polk advised the lead arranger, bookrunner and administrative agent in connection with an amendment of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts’ existing credit agreement to refinance and upsize its existing senior secured first-lien revolving credit facility to an aggregate amount of $1 billion.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world’s largest hotel franchising company based on number of properties, with approximately 9,100 hotels across approximately 95 countries on six continents. It operates a portfolio of 24 hotel brands and is a leading provider of hotel management services.

The Davis Polk finance team included partner Sanders Witkow and associates Elizabeth Rodgers, Renee G. Levin, Maria Jelda Doria and Olive Monye. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
