We advised Tencent Music Entertainment Group on its secondary listing by way of introduction on the HKEX

Davis Polk advised Tencent Music Entertainment Group (TME) (NYSE: TME; HKEX: 1698) in connection with its secondary listing by way of introduction of Class A ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We also advised TME on its IPO and NYSE listing in 2018.

TME is the leading online music entertainment platform in China. It operates four major product brands – QQ Music, Kugou Music, Kuwo Music and WeSing – to provide online music and social entertainment services to a massive audience in China. It also offers Lazy Audio, a dedicated long-form audio app.
