Shrieve Chemical credit facilities refinancing
We advised the administrative agent and lead arrangers on the financing
Davis Polk advised the administrative agent, left lead arranger and initial lenders in connection with the refinancing of the debt facilities of Shrieve Chemical Company. The refinancing will be used to consummate the acquisition of Shrieve by a Gemspring Capital continuation vehicle and for general corporate purposes.

Gemspring Capital is a Westport, Connecticut-based private equity firm with $3.5 billion of capital under management that provides flexible capital solutions to middle market companies.
