Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with a $299 million SEC-registered secondary offering of 11,500,000 shares of Class A common stock of Rush Street Interactive, Inc. (RSI) by one or more trusts beneficially owned by Neil Bluhm, RSI’s Executive Chairman, Richard Schwartz, RSI’s Chief Executive Officer and Mattias Stetz, RSI’s Chief Operating Officer, including 1,500,000 shares pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full of their option to purchase additional shares. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “RSI.”

Rush Street Interactive is a trusted online gaming and sports entertainment company focused on markets in the United States, Canada and Latin America. It currently offers real-money mobile and online operations in 15 U.S. states and four other countries. Rush Street Interactive offers, through its proprietary online gaming platform, some of the most popular online casino games and sports betting options in the United States.
