We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with a public offering by Recursion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. of 61,540,000 shares of Class A common stock for total gross proceeds of approximately $200 million. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “RXRX.”

Recursion Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biotechnology company industrializing drug discovery by decoding biology. It is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
