Davis Polk advised the deal manager of Panda Green Energy Group Limited’s offering to exchange its outstanding 8.25% senior notes due 2020 for the issuance of approximately $112.3 million of 8.0% senior notes due 2022.

Panda Green Energy Group Limited (formerly known as United Photovoltaics Group Limited) is principally engaged in development, operation and management of renewable energy power plants in China.
