We advised the underwriters on the IPO and NYSE listing

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $240 million initial public offering by P10, Inc. of 20,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock, of which 8,500,000 shares were sold by the selling stockholders. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PX.”
