We advised Hayfin Capital Management on its hybrid capital investment in LXO Group

Davis Polk advised Hayfin Capital Management in connection with its hybrid capital investment in LXO Group.

As well as refinancing existing indebtedness of LXO Group, the transaction also involved the acquisition by the group of the marketing authorization for Barhemsys (amisulpride) in the United States from Eagle Pharmaceuticals, further bolstering LXO Group’s portfolio in hospital-based therapeutics. The partnership with Hayfin, alongside LXO Group’s majority shareholders, Stanley Capital Partners, significantly strengthens the business and provides the required resources to execute its long-term growth strategy and value creation plan.
