We advised the underwriters on the high-yield debt offering

Davis Polk advised the representative of the several underwriters on an SEC-registered offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior notes due 2030 by Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. The notes are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Kennedy-Wilson Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Kennedy-Wilson, Inc., and certain of Kennedy-Wilson, Inc.’s domestic subsidiaries.

Kennedy-Wilson focuses on multifamily and office properties located in the Western United States, United Kingdom and Ireland.
