We advised the placing agent on the high-yield private placement

Davis Polk advised the placing agent in connection with a $50 million Regulation S offering by Kangda International Environmental Company Limited of its 8.0% senior notes due 2029.

Kangda International Environmental Company Limited is a comprehensive urban environmental service company focused on wastewater treatment facility investment, construction and operation. The issuer is one of the earliest entrants in the wastewater treatment industry in the PRC.
