Jinxin Fertility Group HK$1.17 billion top-up placement of shares

Davis Polk advised the sole overall coordinator and placing agent for the top-up placement of 175,000,000 shares in Jinxin Fertility Group Limited for a total consideration of approximately HK$1.17 billion.
Jinxin Fertility Group Limited is an assisted reproductive services provider in mainland China, Hong Kong and the United States, providing patients with artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization technology treatment solutions. Apart from operating a network of assisted reproductive medical facilities, it also provides management services and ancillary medical services to fertility clinics and hospitals. Jinxin Fertility Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
