ING Groep $3.5 billion senior notes offering
The investment-grade offering comprises four tranches of notes
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered offering by ING Groep N.V. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.858% callable fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes due 2029, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.066% callable fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes due 2031, $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.525% callable fixed-to-floating-rate senior notes due 2036 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of callable floating-rate senior notes due 2029.
