We advised the company on the cooperation agreement 

Davis Polk advised a global food, beverage and health company on its cooperation agreement with Icahn Capital and Sachem Head Capital.

The Davis Polk team included partner Louis Goldberg. All members of the Davis Polk team are based in the New York office.
