Fiserv $2 billion notes offering
The investment-grade debt consists of two tranches of notes
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering by Fiserv, Inc. of $700 million principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2028 and $1.3 billion principal amount of 5.625% senior notes due 2033.
