Dakota Gold $75 million follow-on offering
We advised the representatives of the underwriters on the SEC-registered offering
Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $75 million SEC-registered offering of 12,336,000 shares of common stock by Dakota Gold Corp., on a bought-deal basis. The proceeds from the offering will be used for working capital and other general corporate purposes. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,850,400 shares of common stock from Dakota Gold. The offering included a public offering in the United States and a private placement in Canada. Dakota Gold’s shares are listed on the NYSE American under the symbol “DC.”
Dakota Gold is a South Dakota-based responsible gold exploration and development company, with a specific focus on revitalizing the Homestake District in Lead, South Dakota. The company has high-caliber gold mineral properties covering over 49,000 acres surrounding the historic Homestake Mine.
