Davis Polk advised Flare Capital Partners III, L.P., in connection with its leadership of the $16.6 million Series A preferred stock financing round of Lalitha Corp. (d/b/a Daffodil Health). Other investors included, among others, LRVHealth and Maverick Ventures.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Daffodil Health is a technology-enabled healthcare platform that provides healthcare pricing and administration using artificial intelligence.

Founded in 2013 and based in Boston, Flare Capital focuses on investing in early-stage companies within the healthcare and technology sectors. Flare Capital’s portfolio includes startups across a wide range of healthcare subdomains, from clinical software to health insurance technology.
