We advised Comcast on the investment-grade debt offering

Davis Polk advised Comcast Corporation in connection with its SEC-registered debt offering of €1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 0.000% notes due 2026 and €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.250% notes due 2029 made through an underwriting syndicate.
