Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with a drawdown under the $5 billion guaranteed medium-term note program of CITIC Securities International Company Limited, consisting of a Regulation S offering by CSI MTN Limited of $650 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate notes due 2031, guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited.
