We advised the dealer managers on the tender offer

Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with an offer by China Water Affairs Group Limited to purchase for cash its outstanding 4.85% senior notes due 2026. The offer to purchase was settled on May 11, 2026.

China Water Affairs Group Limited is one of the largest publicly listed water supply companies in China based on volume of water sold for the six months ended September 30, 2025. It focuses on the water supply business. China Water Affairs Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
