Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $150 million Regulation S offering by China Water Affairs Group Limited of its 5.875% senior notes due 2030.

China Water Affairs Group Limited is one of the largest publicly listed water supply companies in China based on volume of water sold for the year ended March 31, 2025. It focuses on the water supply business. China Water Affairs Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
