Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with a Regulation S offering by China Education Group Holdings Limited of its $200 million 5.625% bonds due 2029.

China Education Group Holdings Limited is a leading international higher and vocational education group with footprints in China, Australia and the United Kingdom. The group is one of the largest listed private higher education groups in China (among listed groups with disclosure only) in terms of student enrolment, revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
