We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the representative of the several underwriters in connection with a public offering by Centrus Energy Corp. of approximately $500 million in aggregate gross proceeds of Class A common stock and pre-funded warrants, along with four series of common warrants to purchase an aggregate of 6,992,382 shares of common stock for an aggregate exercise price of approximately $2 billion. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “LEU.”

Based in Maryland, Centrus is a supplier of nuclear fuel components for the nuclear power industry. Centrus serves commercial customers from its global network of suppliers and provides advanced engineering, design, manufacturing and services to government and private sector customers. It is deploying uranium enrichment through HALEU production and other capabilities necessary for production of advanced nuclear fuel to power existing and next-generation reactors around the world.
