Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with a $300 million SEC-registered debt offering by The Campbell’s Company, consisting of 8.500% fixed-to-fixed reset rate junior subordinated notes due 2057. Campbell’s intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay certain existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
