The investment-grade notes are due 2028 and 2033

Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with a drawdown under the $7 billion global medium-term note program of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited consisting of a Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by Bangkok Bank, acting through its Hong Kong branch, of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.300% notes due 2028 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.500% notes due 2033.
