We advised Banco Santander Chile on the Regulation S offering

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile in connection with its Regulation S offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 0.715% fixed-rate notes due 2024. 

The proceeds from the sale of the notes will refinance or finance new loan operations to small and medium enterprises led by women in Chile.

Banco Santander Chile is the largest bank in Chile in terms of total assets and loans, with operations in commercial banking, retail banking, brokerage and insurance. Banco Santander Chile is a member of the Santander Group, the principal financial group in Spain and one of the largest financial groups in the world in terms of market capitalization.
