Davis Polk advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by Baidu, Inc. of $250 million 4.375% notes due 2024 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the $600 million 4.375% notes due 2024 issued on November 14, 2018).

Baidu is a Chinese-language Internet search provider. Baidu’s ADSs currently trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
